Download CFR software. Download the most recent version of the CFR software. Consolidated Fiscal Reporting System (CFRS) has a single version of the software that is able to accommodate multiple reporting periods. You can complete a CFR or Consolidated Budget Report (CBR) (budget) back to the 2002/2003 fiscal year or the 2003 calendar year; and CBR submissions up to two years ahead.

Upload your CFR or CBR submission. Electronic submission of your CFR or CBR is required.

Sign up for the CFRS Announcement Mailing list. Sign up for the electronic listserv. The CFR announcement list provides e-mail notification about CFRS software, including but not limited to such information as when new versions become available, patches, fixes, and training.
