The list of agencies designated to provide Adult Behavioral Health Home and Community Based Services (BH HCBS) outside of New York City (rest of state) is now available. The linked page contains a list with the names of providers designated to provide BH HCBS, along with which service(s) they have been designated to provide. Each provider listed has gone through the BH HCBS application process for designation established by New York State. All applicants should expect to receive a letter regarding their designation status by January 15, 2016.
