Student Mental Health Support Grants to School Districts

In light of the pandemic and its lasting impact, The Office of Mental Health (OMH) announces the availability of awards to school districts for student mental health support grants. The purpose of these grants is to:

  • improve student access to mental health resources
  • support students who have experienced stress, anxiety and/or trauma
  • support the adults that surround them

These grants are intended to improve student access to mental health resources and assist students who have experienced trauma that negatively affects their educational experience. This program will be administered by the OMH and developed in consultation with the State Education Department.
