The Richard H. Hutchings Psychiatric Center is a comprehensive, community-based mental health system serving the Central New York region. Under the direction of the Office of Mental Health, it provides a network of inpatient and outpatient services to persons experiencing severe and persistent psychiatric disorder. Partnership in treatment and rehabilitation with the goal of recovery for all persons served is the guiding vision of the facility.
