From East & West: NYS Thruway to Exit 31. Routes 8 & 12 S/ 5W to Noyes Street. Turn right onto Noyes, proceed to intersection of Noyes and York (2nd traffic light on Noyes Street). Proceed through intersection (about one block) to sign (on right) marking entrance to Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center (MVPC).

From the North: Route 12 South. After entering City limits, turn right onto Noyes Street (4th traffic light), proceed to intersection of Noyes and York (2nd traffic light on Noyes Street). Proceed through intersection (about one block) to sign (on right) marking entrance to MVPC.

From the South: Route 12 North to intersection with Route 5. Follow Routes 8 & 12 N/ 5E to second Burrstone Road Exit (Burrstone West & Utica College Exit). Follow Exit ramp and turn right onto York Street. Proceed to intersection of York and Noyes (2nd light). Turn left at intersection and proceed about one block to sign (on right) marking entrance to MVPC.
