OVERVIEW
STARC is a secure treatment facility for people committed under Mental Hygiene Law Article 10. We follow best practices in the field of sex offense-specific treatment.
STARC has two locations:
- STARC Bridgeview in Ogdensburg, NY
- STARC Oakview in Marcy, NY
