- To freeze rates paid to providers for 7/1/11-6/30/12 and amend methodology regarding pharmaceutical costs incurred during the first 90 days after admission.

- To implement the 1.1% Medicaid rate reduction for the operating rate of Continuing Day Treatment Programs consistent with the 2011-2012 State budget.
