Safe Options Support (SOS) Program: CTI Teams

OMH is soliciting applications for funding to support 8 SOS Critical Team Intervention (CTI) Teams to operate in regions across New York State, with the exception of New York City. SOS CTI Teams will use an evidence-based CTI approach to provide intensive outreach, engagement, and care coordination services to individuals experiencing street homelessness and those in temporary shelter settings.

Please be advised that Eligible Agencies (Section 2.4 of the RFP) have been expanded to include County-operated Local Government Units (LGUs). For Not-for-Profit applicants, the mandatory Letter of Support may come from either the Director of Community Service (DCS) or community providers for each county in which the SOS Team will be operating. County-operate applicants must submit a letter of support from a community provider in their region.
