The Office of Mental Health through the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene seeks applicants to collect and report National Outcome Measures (NOMS) data. This project is part of the SAMHSA Promoting the Integration of Primary and Behavioral Health Care Grant.
The goal of the grant is to promote integration of primary and behavioral healthcare. This project is being implemented in youth serving primary care sites. Participating providers will represent the diversity of the State. This includes urban and rural primary care settings, large public hospital clinics, and small private practices.
