Managing and Deescalating Challenging Behaviors in Hospital and Congregate Settings ECHO

Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is a cost-effective, virtual training collaborative. It provides case-based learning and information sharing. Lessons relate to violence and other difficult behavioral symptoms. The goal of Project ECHO is to manage the safety of staff and patients with complex behavioral health needs.

The Office of Mental Health is seeking proposals to support providers in establishing a Project ECHO program. The project will take place over five years.
