Youth Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams

The Office of Mental Health is expanding the Youth ACT program in the following OMH regions:

• Central New York
• Hudson River
• Long Island
• New York City
• Western New York

These teams serve children/youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance who are:

• returning home from inpatient settings or residential services,
• at risk of entering such settings, or
• haven't had success in more traditional community-based services.
