Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) offers personalized and holistic support to people with serious mental illness.
Young Adult ACT teams work with individuals ages 18-25, who need more help than traditional services can offer. These young people sometimes don't have the social or family supports to help them thrive in treatment. The goal of ACT is to help young people become independent and integrate into the community as they experience recovery.
