Training Curriculum & Learning Management System for Office of Mental Health Credentialed Mental Health Support Specialist

The Office of Mental Health seeks proposals to create a training curriculum for the Credentialed Mental Health Support Specialist.
Under OMH's guidance, the chosen vendor will:

• Create a curriculum based on core competencies for credential seekers and holders.
• Hire content experts to deliver the training.
• Maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) for hosting the training curriculum.
• Manage the process for issuing training certificates.
• Create content for OMH's website and assist credential seekers on the training platform.
• Develop protocols for agencies to help paraprofessionals earn credentials and training.
