MH253023 - Crisis Intervention Teams (CIT) and Adjacent Systems Transformation Programs

The Office of Mental Health Diversion Center announces funds to administer Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) programs along with related changes to the crisis response system.

CIT programs create partnerships to help communities improve how they respond to mental health crises. The CIT model reduces stigma and the need for further involvement with the criminal justice system.

The goals of this RFP are to:

• Select a qualified contractor to manage the selection process of CIT sites
• Coordinate and facilitate training
• Provide on-going technical assistance to the selected sites
• Manage systems transformation work throughout the state
