A webinar is a form of web conferencing used to conduct live meetings, presentations, or trainings via the internet. Attendees are required to complete a registration form.

Authorized under section 5.06 of New York State Mental Hygiene Law, the BHSAC considers matters relating to the improvement of behavioral health services in the State and advises the Office of Mental Health and Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Commissioners on any such matters.
