During the month of March, the NYS Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence will be hosting a series of trainings aimed to enhance gender-based violence providers’ ability to deliver inclusive and accessible support to diverse communities that are disproportionately impacted by gender-based violence.

Authorized under section 5.06 of New York State Mental Hygiene Law, the BHSAC considers matters relating to the improvement of behavioral health services in the State and advises the Office of Mental Health and Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Commissioners on any such matters.
