Authorization Management System

Overview

State and local providers can use the Authorization Management System (AMS) to securely manage user access to OMH Applications. AMS streamlines the process of adding and removing users, as well as expanding or restricting access to sensitive data – reducing administrative turnaround time. It also empowers Security Managers to maintain user access efficiently and securely.

Reminder: OMH business owners are responsible for adding the facility in CONCERTS. To create the Facility Director’s user account in AMS, business owners must submit an ITSM ticket.

Please note, the Facility Director must sign the OMH Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) for their facility.
