The Office of Mental Health is seeking a vendor to support OBGYN and family practices in using the Collaborative Care Model. Vendor will provide:

• Professional training
• Technical assistance
• Implementation support

The vendor must have clinical expertise in Collaborative Care for the Perinatal population.
