The Emotional Support Helpline provides free and confidential support, helping callers experiencing increased anxiety due to the coronavirus emergency. The Helpline is staffed by volunteers, including mental health professionals, who have received training in crisis counseling.
Coping Circles provide home-based support and resilience tele-group sessions to help people who are feeling overwhelmed by the pandemic. While most of the groups are general, there are special circles for individuals with shared experiences, such as first responders, people who have had COVID, or those who have lost a loved one.
