The Residential Treatment Facility Admissions Advisory Board was created pursuant to Part NNN of Chapter 58 of the Laws of 2020. This amended section 9.51 of the Mental Hygiene Law. The Advisory Board issues an annual report on eligible applications for admission at individual residential treatment facilities.
