Office of Mental Health

Regional Advisory Committee (RAC)

In March of 2010 the Recipient Advisory Committee and the Commissioner’s Committee for Families combined into one meeting. It is now called the Regional Advisory Committee (RAC).

RAC meetings are public meetings for recipients and their families to provide actionable advice within the divisions of the Office of Mental Health. As space is limited and lunch is provided, it is imperative that you register with your Regional Advocacy Specialist.

These meetings are conducted through videoconferencing technology. The video conferencing meetings for 2018 will be April 9 and July 9.

The face to face meeting will be scheduled for October. Please check back for specific dates. This is a two day, in person meeting in Albany. To attend any of our meetings, please register with the Regional Advocacy Specialist in your region.
