Workforce Diversity and Inclusion
The New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) supports diverse and inclusive workplaces in the mental health system.
The Office of Diversity and Inclusion coordinates Statewide activities to increase the diversity of OMH’s workforce. Our goal is an inclusive, respectful environment across OMH’s work sites.
Executive Order 187:
In 2018, Governor Cuomo announced bold actions to address workplace discrimination and harassment. EO 187 furthers equal opportunity in the State’s workforce.
