Overdose Prevention Quality Improvement Collaborative

AIMS:
Improve screening, treatment and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for clients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and Co-Occurring Disorders (COD). Project elements include:

  1. Screening, assessment & referral for OUD
  2. Provide naloxone and overdose prevention education
  3. Prescribers trained and obtain waiver to prescribe Buprenorphine
  4. MAT prescribing and billing
  5. COD training for therapists
