Overdose Prevention Quality Improvement Collaborative
AIMS:
Improve screening, treatment and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for clients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and Co-Occurring Disorders (COD). Project elements include:
- Screening, assessment & referral for OUD
- Provide naloxone and overdose prevention education
- Prescribers trained and obtain waiver to prescribe Buprenorphine
- MAT prescribing and billing
- COD training for therapists
