Consent, Emergency, Quality Flag: PSYCKES Levels of AccessLeaving OMH site Provides an overview of how to enable access to a client’s Clinical Summary in PSYCKES, with a focus on features relevant to users from provider agencies and hospitals. Attendees will learn about the different ways in which a client’s information can be accessed: consent, clinical emergency, and quality flag. With client consent or in a clinical emergency, provider users may access client data with special protections (substance abuse, HIV, family planning, and genetic information) and the full Clinical Summary for individuals who do not meet criteria for a quality flag.
Note: Not relevant for users in government oversight roles or managed care organizations.
