Navigating PSYCKES Recipient Search for Population Health Provides a thorough review and demonstration of the Recipient Search functionalities in PSYCKES. Recipient Search can be used to support population health management because it allows for group searches of cohorts of interest. Example group searches include recipients in a particular age group, AOT status, HARP status, Health Home enrollment, behavioral health or medical diagnosis, psychotropic or non–psychotropic medication, service settings, and more. Using PSYCKES Quality Indicator Reports Provides a review and demonstration of how to use the “My QI Report” in PSYCKES, using the quality measure and flag in PSYCKES called “High Utilization” as an example. Learn how to use My QI Reports and Recipient Search to identify individuals who meet criteria for this flag, how to review the prevalence rates for the measure, and how to export the reports to PDF and Excel. Consent, Emergency, Quality Flag: PSYCKES Levels of Access Provides an overview of how to enable access to a client’s Clinical Summary in PSYCKES, with a focus on features relevant to users from provider agencies and hospitals. Attendees will learn about the different ways in which a client’s information can be accessed: consent, clinical emergency, and quality flag. With client consent or in a clinical emergency, provider users may access client data with special protections (substance abuse, HIV, family planning, and genetic information) and the full Clinical Summary for individuals who do not meet criteria for a quality flag.

MyCHOIS Consumer Access for “My Treatment Data” Provides step-by-step instructions for access to the MyCHOIS Consumer application, the client-facing version of PSYCKES. It will cover how a provider using PSYCKES can create a user ID and password for a client they serve. It will also include an overview on how clients can then login to MyCHOIS from any web browser and access “My Treatment Data,” the client-facing version of the Clinical Summary, as well as other recovery-oriented tools.
