People eligible for HARP will get a notice from New York State letting them know they are eligible and how to enroll. The notice will tell them about their choices for joining a HARP, what to do next and where to get more information by calling New York Medicaid Choice at 1-844-HARP-999 (844-427-7999).

• Active Enrollment *: For people in Medicaid Managed Care plans operated by a Managed Care Organization that does not offer a HARP
• For people in HIV Special Needs Plans (SNP) *: which will cover the expanded behavioral health benefit, and all HARP services for eligible enrollees, in addition to the SNP covered benefit package
